A custom wig order means the hair is not readily available and the unit has not already been made. Processing time is 7-14 business days (holidays and weekends are not included). 

• You may see duplicate units under ready to ship and custom made units, this is because the ready to ship unit may be sold out, but it is available to be ordered under custom made units with an additional processing time.
