A: You must have your hair braided very flat (10-15 braids are recommend for proper measurements).
Please refer to the diagram below:
Measurements:
- Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line. It will end where you started.
- Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at the center of the forehead straight back to where the hair ends at nape of neck.
- Ear to Ear Across Forehead: At the front of your ear, measure from sideburn, up across the middle of your head to the front of the other ear.
- Ear to Ear Across Top: Measure from where your hair ends above the ear across your top hair line over to your other ear.
- Temple to Temple Around Back: Measure temple to temple across the back of your head.
- Nape of Neck: Measure the width of your hairline across the nape of your neck.
Q: How many bundles will I need
A: 14-16 2 bundles or more
18-24 3 bundles or more
26-32 4 bundles or more
Q: How do I select local pick up?
A: Local pick up can be selected at check out, in the shipping section. Be sure to click the shipping drop down to pick the local pick up option. Once the purchase is completed and you have selected local pick up, you will be emailed in regards to meeting up for your order.
Q: How long will my hair last ?
A: The hair on the unit can last 2+ years with proper care. Please review hair care tips (this can be found at the bottom of the home page) for assistance with caring for your tresses.
Q: If I want a custom unit, but don’t want to do the measurements, what can be done?
A: You can select-
- Small
- Medium
- Large
On the custom unit page and we will do the measurements based off the diagram posted below.
